Responsibilities
- Manage residential & commercial restoration projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and inspections
- Keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff
- Ensure quality control from start to finish
Qualifications
- Must have established subcontractor relationships
- Experience managing construction/restoration projects
- Ability to schedule and oversee crews efficiently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with insurance restoration is a plus
- Must be organized, driven, and able to manage timelines
