American Traveler is seeking a Chemo-Certified RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring ONS Chemo Bio Certification and recent trauma experience.

Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 40 hours per week

Med/Surg Oncology unit within a hospital setting
-
Active NH or Compact RN license required

Required certifications: ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy (Chemo Bio) and BLS

Preferred certification: OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)

Must have recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years

Two manager references required for consideration

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care

Applies critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying the care plan or escalating to the care team as necessary

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
