We're a locally owned hot dog restaurant focused on serving great food with friendly, fast service. We're looking for a dependable Team Lead who enjoys working alongside the team, leading by example, and helping create an outstanding experience for our customers every day.
Position Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while providing leadership to the team. This position helps ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, friendly, and full of personality.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Monitor labor costs and productivity during shifts
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and deposits
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock organization
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
- Enforce company policies and maintain a positive team culture
- Step into any position as needed, including food preparation, cashier, and customer service
- Support the General Manager & Owner with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
