Role Details:
Title: Reach Truck (Crown Brand) and/or Order Pickers
Shift: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Days) Monday thru Friday (First day arrival is 6:30 a.m.)
Recertification and Start Days: As soon as background check is passed
We need to hire 10 Reach Truck/Order Picker drivers to be two year contract employees and start ASAP! If you are unable to recertify and start please identify this on the questions with the job posting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate reach trucks to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Utilize a warehouse management system to manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.
- Load and unload goods from trailers, trucks, and containers.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure all warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in training and safety programs to stay up-to-date on warehouse procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience operating Reach Truck forklifts and/or experience with Order Pickers
- Proficiency in a warehouse management system and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
