We're looking for an awesome pizza person. This means you have worked pizza for over a year, and you were the one responsible for stretching the dough, saucing and topping the pizzas, and working the ovens. You must also be able to prep basic ingredients, roll dough balls, and have knowledge of a point of sale system. I don't care what system, but you have to have used one before.

To go over how we pay, we start people between $18-$20/hr. You also receive tips. We do a communal tip share here, which means we have a total amount of hours worked by every employee every two weeks, we take your hours, divide them by the total hours, and we get a percentage. That is your percentage of tips you receive. The average tip amount for a full time pizza maker is $450-$600 per check. That means you can expect an average of $5.60-$7.50 more per hour.
