- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Manage check-in and check-out processes or visitor registration as needed
- Handle scheduling, reservations, appointments, or basic administrative tasks
- Respond to routine questions and escalate issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
- Process forms, records, correspondence, and other front desk documentation accurately
- Support daily operations and assist with other tasks as assigned
- Previous customer service, front desk, reception, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
