We're seeking an International Logistics Manager to oversee global import/export operations, trade compliance, and international freight while helping shape the company's logistics strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Manage international import and export operations from origin through final delivery.
- Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classifications, and import/export requirements.
- Monitor Section 301 tariffs and other trade regulations while evaluating their operational impact.
- Maintain shipping documentation, customs records, and landed cost information.
- Negotiate freight rates and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
- Partner with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams to support supply chain performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics and trade compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in international logistics, global trade, import/export, or supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of customs compliance, HTS classifications, and international shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, ocean freight, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with China-origin imports.
- Knowledge of Section 301 tariffs and international trade regulations.
- Experience with ERP or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- LCB designation and/or CTPAT experience are a plus but not required.

Pay: $84,500.00 - $104,500.00 per year
