Position Summary
Dickerson Landscaping is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our growing team. Employees report to our designated company shop/base station at the beginning of each scheduled workday to receive assignments, prepare equipment, and travel to customer job sites using company vehicles when applicable.
This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing assigned duties safely, efficiently, and professionally. Successful team members take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Essential Job Functions
The following duties are representative of this position and may vary depending on operational needs:
- Perform assigned job duties safely and efficiently.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Report to the designated company reporting location at the scheduled start time each workday.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and coworkers.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, equipment damage, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, trailers, and work areas.
- Operate equipment, tools, and machinery only after receiving proper training and authorization.
- Complete assigned tasks while maintaining company quality standards.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Work Environment
This position is primarily performed outdoors. Employees may regularly work in:
- Heat and humidity
- Rain and changing weather conditions
- Dust and pollen
- Uneven terrain
- Insects and vegetation
- Noise from commercial equipment
Employees receive job-specific safety training and are expected to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing assigned duties.
