Shoku House is a modern Japanese café experience built around thoughtful food, intentional hospitality, and elevated everyday dining.
Our menu draws inspiration from Japanese café culture and features:
- Fluffy Japanese soufflé-style shokupan pancakes
- Ceremonial-grade matcha drinks and specialty beverages
- Thoughtfully crafted, sweet and savory breakfast dishes
- Fresh Japanese-inspired Sandos and lunch offerings
- Seasonal ingredients, refined presentation, and comfort food approached with technique and care

Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Pay ranges from $15–$18/hr depending on experience and role
- Opening team begins ahead of our June 30th launch
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience preferred
- General restaurant experience required
- Willingness to learn and keep an open mind
- Interest in Japanese café/brunch cuisine and elevated food experiences
- Strong prep skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to move with urgency while maintaining quality and consistency
Responsibilities:
- Food prep and station setup
- Executing dishes with consistency and care
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Supporting the team during busy service
- Learning and adapting to Shoku House systems and standards
- Contributing to a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture
