Hiring CDL-A Drivers | Solo & Team Positions (Dry Van, Reefer & Flatbed)
Compensation
- Dry Van -$0.70–$0.75 CPM (or 28% of gross)
- Reefer - 80–82 CPM (or 28% of gross)
- Flatbed - $0.90 CPM (or 30% of gross)
- 3,000–3,500+ miles weekly
- Average take-home pay ranges from $3000 to $4000
- Average gross: $10,000–$13,000 per week
Experience
- 8+ months CDL-A OTR experience (Dry Van )
- 12+ months CDL-A OTR experience (Reefer& Flatbed)
Position Details:
OTR routes across all 48 states
Schedule: OTR only – typically 2–4 weeks out (depends on location)
Equipment: 2022–2026 Volvo, Freightliner, Mack, and Peterbilt – fully equipped and well maintained
Pay Schedule: Weekly (Friday or Monday)
