AMG Center for Regenerative Medicine is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact for our growing practice. As the face of our clinic, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our regenerative medicine and aesthetics practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Collect patient information and ensure records are accurate
- Verify paperwork and assist with patient intake forms
- Process payments and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans
- Assist with administrative tasks and other office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front office, receptionist, or medical office experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

- Occasional flexibility for special events or trainings
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
