Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently to maximize effectiveness while adhering to safety protocols
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability in all facilities
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to guarantee all tasks are completed on time and to standard
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete assignments efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach toward maintaining cleanliness standards
