About the Role
Enbright Credit Union is looking for a motivated and member-focused Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, support a strong team culture, and help grow meaningful relationships in the community. This role is ideal for a financial services leader who enjoys coaching employees, serving members, improving branch performance, and representing the credit union outside the office.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient, accurate, and member-focused service.
· Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch team members, including assigning work and supporting ongoing performance and growth.
· Help create and update branch business plans, goals, reports, and performance updates for senior leadership.
· Support lending, servicing, business accounts, deposits, and other credit union products and services.
· Counsel members on financial matters and help connect them with solutions that fit their needs.
· Promote credit union programs and services while encouraging member participation and engagement.
· Build relationships in the community and support business development efforts, including outreach to help grow deposits, loans, and business accounts.
· Communicate policies, procedures, and updates clearly to team members, members, vendors, and other contacts.
· Attend credit union-related meetings, seminars, and conferences as needed and share recommendations with leadership.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent job experience may be considered.
· Three or more years of increasingly responsible experience in a financial institution or related field.
· At least two years of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or directing the work of others.
· Knowledge of branch operations, loan servicing, collections, business lending procedures, and business development.
· Familiarity with federal and state regulations that apply to lending institutions.
· Ability to analyze financial information, prepare reports, forecast revenue and expenses, and support branch planning.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to build positive working relationships with employees, members, vendors, and community partners.
· Comfortable using computers, data systems, and standard office technology.
Requirements
· Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
· Eligible for security bond.
· Notary Public Bond.
· NMLS licensing.
· Physically able to perform the duties of the role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
