We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly first point of contact for our patients and visitors while managing essential administrative tasks that keep our practice running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to office management.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management
- Handle data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems for patient records, invoices, and administrative documents
- Assist with office management duties including supply inventory and general clerical support
- Support client communication
Experience
- Proven clerical experience
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication expertise
- Prior experience in typing with high accuracy will set you up for success
