The Strategic Communications & Engagement SME provides executive-level communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational messaging, and leadership support to U.S. Space Force and national security space organizations.

Our Strategic Communications & Engagement SME SME will be responsible for the following:
Draft written and visual communication materials for diverse audiences.
Develop communication plans in coordination with internal stakeholders and leadership.
Prepare executive briefings, talking points, reports, presentations, and messaging products.
Assemble and provide guidance on electronic Staff Summary Sheet packages.
Communicate effectively with offices and stakeholders across all leadership levels.
Support Program Management Reviews, All Calls, senior-leader meetings, and other high-level engagements.
Advise leadership on the status of assigned deliverables, communication products, and engagement actions.
Coordinate cross-functional communication activities among government, military, contractor, and mission partner organizations.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Federal Government acquisition organizations.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Desired Qualifications
At least 5 years of recent experience supporting space programs.
Experience supporting U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, NRO, SDA, or national security space organizations.
Experience supporting senior executives, PEOs, or headquarters-level environments.
