Bludso's BBQ is looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly, supporting both cleanliness and food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean and orderly facility
- Dispose of garbage and recycling properly and regularly
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Help receive and put away deliveries as needed.
- Report any equipment issues to management
- Requirements:
- AM availability is a must
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot kitchen
