Under the direction of the Youth Development Coordinator, the Director of CDC is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Child Development Center. This person will be responsible to manage staff, maintain licensing compliances, build relationships with parents and children, give center tours to potential families, enrollment of children and much more.
