We are seeking a Remote Clinical Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate with the Executive Director to supervise our Associate Therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical records and mental health services provided by personnel.
- Work collaboratively with Associate Therapists to implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Establish and enforce the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor Preferred
- Must be licensed in California and OR/ Florida and OR/ Nevada for at least 2 years as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be available at least 5 hours a week.
- Open to accept a small caseload of 5 clients perferred
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
