CM Precision Tree & Landscape Maintenance Inc. is seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead and grow our landscape maintenance division. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to showing up consistently and producing high-quality results.
We are rebuilding and expanding our landscape maintenance department and are looking for someone who wants long-term opportunity and leadership growth as we expand our client base.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Landscape Maintenance Lead to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient execution of our maintenance accounts and providing leadership to a hardworking crew. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, and a passion for landscaping and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape maintenance crew members to complete daily tasks.
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, valves, sprinkler heads, and drip systems.
- Program and troubleshoot irrigation clocks and controllers.
- Manage daily maintenance routes and ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Conduct quality control inspections and communicate findings to management.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, and irrigation checking.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Inspect properties to assess maintenance neeeds and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, motivate crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Irrigation troubleshooting and repair

- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, drip irrigation systems, lawn mowers, weed whips, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English with customers, crew members, and management.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
