Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide, assisting residents with activities of daily living. We also have part-time positions available, inquire as needed.
We will offer paid training and orientation for new hires to become Medication Administration certified after the job begins!
Company Description
The Sycamore Collection is a new, redefined senior living model of small, residential-style memory care homes that provide the highest standard of care in a home-like environment. We will focus on love, excellence, fun, respect and collaboration among residents and colleagues alike.
We are in the process of securing Residential Care Home licensure with the Connecticut Department of Health for two homes with 6 residents per home.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in memory care or senior living is a plus
- CNA of HHA certification
- Medication Administration certificate is a plus
