Member Duties : The Neighborhood Liaison VISTA is responsible for coordinating engagement and capacity-building support at the neighborhood level, working to establish/strengthen the resident planning council (or neighborhood association) in their community of focus, grow resident participation, facilitate trainings and meetings to support long-term community planning, and provide support for community-driven projects.
