Pay: $18/hr DOE
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: starts between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: starts between 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Line Leads to oversee production lines at a cosmetics manufacturing facility in Chatsworth. You will guide operators, ensure production goals are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on your assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support machine operators on the production line
- Monitor output, quality, and efficiency to meet daily production targets
- Train new team members and enforce safety and GMP standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate equipment or quality problems as needed
- Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate with supervisors
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing or production experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic English communication skills
