Ivy Street School is seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to support students and families in a highly collaborative, therapeutic school environment. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct clinical services while working closely with educators, families, and community partners to support student growth and stability.
Salary: $68,000–$76,000 annually, Pay is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned students
Facilitate weekly group therapy using a DBT-informed approach
Collaborate closely with families through regular communication and meetings
Participate in IEPs, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Coordinate with outside providers and attend court, hospital, and transition meetings as needed
Support crisis intervention and help maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu
Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
