Pizzaiolo / Line Cook
We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and dependable Pizzaiolo / Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pizza preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
Stretch dough, prepare sauces, and manage pizza toppings with consistency and attention to detail
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with food prep, line cooking, and station setup as needed
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels
Follow all food safety and health department regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking kitchen supplies
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo, Pizza Maker, or Line Cook preferred
Knowledge of kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
