We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position requires a strong understanding of woodworking, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality cabinetry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assembling custom cabinets with precision and care in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cabinet specifications and assembly requirements.
- Assemble cabinet components, including doors, drawers, and hardware, ensuring precision and durability in each piece.
- Operate woodworking tools and equipment to facilitate assembly, following established production standards.
- Perform quality checks to verify measurements, alignment, and functionality of all assembled components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members in the manufacturing facility to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Assembler, Woodworker, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for cabinet assembly.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that include heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
