Sequoia Roofing & Construction is seeking a driven roofing sales professional to run estimate appointments and close residential and/or commercial roofing projects.
This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor position designed for motivated salespeople who want to control their income.
We provide warm leads and scheduled estimate appointments — your role is to inspect the roof, present the solution, and close the project.
If you are comfortable meeting homeowners, business owners, explaining roofing systems, and asking for the sale, this role can be very lucrative.
Many successful reps close 5–8 projects per month, depending on season and performance.
Responsibilities
- Run all scheduled estimate appointments with property owners or managers
- Perform roof inspections and identify roofing needs
- Present roofing solutions and pricing
- Close residential roofing contracts
- Submit project details to office and production team after the sale
- Represent Sequoia Roofing & Construction professionally in the field
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, or home improvement)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google suite
