SUMMARY
We’re seeking motivated, compassionate individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities in small residential settings. This role is hands‑on, relationship‑driven, and offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact every day and grow your career within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily Living Support: Assist with ADLs to promote independence
· Meal Preparation: Prepare simple, nutritious meals
· Medication Assistance: Administer medications accurately
· Home Care: Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Transportation: Drive residents to appointments and activities
· Community Engagement: Participate in outings and recreational activities
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in caregiving or direct care
· First Aid & CPR certification (training available)
· Familiarity with assisted living or group home environments is preferred
· Strong communication and observation skills
· Ability to cook and maintain cleanliness
· Personal vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance required
· Basic computer skills
BENEFITS

· Starting wage: $17.15/hr
