We're looking for a talented new sales consultant to join our team. This is a full commission position. This person needs to be gifted in communication, highly motivated, and results oriented. Gas Masters is a young, fast growing company taking over the fireplace and gas industry in central NC. Here at Gas Masters our focus is sharp -- to provide exceptional gas piping and gas fireplace service. This includes installation of new gas lines, gas leak repairs, fireplace maintenance & repairs, and the installation of new custom fire features.

Highly motivated and results-driven, they understand that nothing happens in our business until a sale is made.
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and coachable — a person who communicates well, is not afraid of rejection, and makes the most of every opportunity.
Essential Functions
- Travel to customer's homes for one-on-one meetings.
- Develop trust through empathy, active listening, and personalized advice.
- Educate customers on options, pricing, financing, warranties, and long-term value.
- Address concerns, handle objections, and answer questions to guide decision-making.
- Present customized proposals or quotes and negotiate terms if needed.
- Secure commitments, complete sales contracts, process payments or financing paperwork, and obtain necessary signatures.
- Meet monthly Sales KPIs: Average Ticket, Closing %, Revenue.
- Turn over job to Client Fulfillment team ensuring required documentation is complete.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Update customer records, sales pipelines, and CRM systems with notes and details.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, industry trends, competitors, and local regulations.
- Demonstrate or explain the product/service, highlighting features, benefits, and how it solves their specific issues.

Work Environment: This position is in person at Gas Masters HQ (Raleigh, NC-27617). Gas Masters will provide a laptop and iPad for the duration of employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
