JOB SUMMARY
Our growing firm is seeking an administrative professional to add to our family‐feel work environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and greeting customers
- Scheduling appointments
- A/R and A/P
- Processing tax returns
- Assistance with marketing
- Database updates
- Assistance with financial services applications
The ideal candidate would:
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Possess integrity and confidentiality
- Be dependable and able to work without supervision
- Be able to prioritize, work quickly and use initiative
- Be eager to learn and grow professionally
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have excellent communication skills
