Location: We are a smaller bakery located at 20935 US Hwy 281 N Inside HEB Plus
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 18
- Customer Service experience or previous food service experience a plus
Responsibilities and Duties
Uphold all company standards and follows all health and safety requirements for food safety
You will be trained to make dough, roll, and bake pretzels and pretzel products.
Manage time to; keep pretzel case full, keep track of food temperatures, conduct HACCP (food temp and cleanliness sheet).
Works with 1-2 Crew members to ensure orders are filled and a timely manner
Re-stocks food containers, lemonades and other items as needed.
Opens store; rolls out first trays, turns on all equipment and workstations, ensures store is fully stocked and ready for next shift.
Drops cash drawer in register and sets POS for the day.
Shifts: Monday-Friday 10:00-4:00
Benefits: Small shifts, consistent schedule, time and a half pay for all major holidays and tips
