E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Katy, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school district with manageable caseloads of fewer than 60 students while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.
We currently have five onsite openings, including:
What You'll Do
- Conduct speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA CCCs (or Clinical Fellow eligible, if applicable)
- Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
