Responsibilities:
- Assistance for SC Student Housing near USC in Downtown LA and Zuma Housing near UCLA in Westwood, handling student housing needs.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants in Westwood and Downtown LA.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management across different locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Tailor services to meet the needs of our diverse clientele, including college students and young professionals.
- Be flexible to travel between Westwood and Downtown LA.
- Travel around in your own car (valid driver's license required) to manage and showcase various properties.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new tenants.
- Utilize your excellent sales and communication skills to match clients with their ideal homes.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A valid work permit in the US and Social Security Number (SSN) are required.
- Flexibility in managing properties primarily in Westwood and Downtown LA.
- A warm and welcoming personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, particularly college students and young professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some experience or willingness to handle administrative tasks in property management.
- A passion for marketing, sales, and real estate management.
