Mint Building Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Unlike apartment maintenance positions, you'll work at a variety of well-maintained condominium communities throughout Pinellas County, performing everything from small repairs to larger maintenance projects. Every day is different.
What You'll Do
You'll perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair work, including:
- General building repairs
- Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Drywall repair and painting
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door, lock, and hardware installation
- Fence and gate repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting
- Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
- Sign installation and miscellaneous property improvements
You'll also:
- Complete work orders efficiently
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and property managers
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Represent Mint Building Services with professionalism at every property

Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle (required - this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout Pinellas County
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Must provide your own basic hand tools

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
