A&L Tree Experts is a fast paced residential tree service company located in Madison, CT.
We are seeking an office assistant to join our small but mighty customer-focused team. This position is hybrid.
Looking for: a detail-oriented individual with skills in customer service. Willing to train the right candidate.
Duties:
- Field and make phone calls to customers
- Schedule appointments for estimates
- Handle general email correspondence
- Provide quality customer service
- Data entry into CRM
- File and organize paperwork
- Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with crew, customers and management
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
