Park View Dental is seeking a radiology-certified dental assistant to join our small, collaborative team in Helena. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients while also staying involved clinically and helping keep the office running smoothly.

Schedule
Part-time | 16–20 hrs/week
- Monday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 4:45 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends.
About the Role
This position serves as our New Patient Coordinator while also floating between clinical and front office responsibilities.
You will play an important role in helping create a positive and thorough experience for our patients—particularly new patients—while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.
Responsibilities Include
New Patient Coordination
- Conducting pre-clinical patient interviews and gathering health/history information
- Capturing clinical photography and radiographs
- Assisting in treatment presentation and helping develop treatment plans
- Helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for
Clinical Support
- Chairside dental assisting
- Sterilization and instrument processing
- Room turnover and operatory setup
- Supporting efficient clinical flow
Front Office Support
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with patient communication and coordination
- Helping maintain a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
Required
- Radiology certification
- Dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities and adapting throughout the day
- Team-oriented and dependable
