Are you an exceptional executive assistant who thrives on bringing order to complexity and helping leaders maximize their impact? Orchard Alliance, a subsidiary of The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination, is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to the President, averaging 24 hours per week. This is an in-office position with Wednesdays as possible remote days.
Orchard Alliance is a nonprofit financial stewardship ministry serving churches, ministries, individuals, and families. Orchard Alliance exists to support the mission and ministries of The Christian and Missionary Alliance by empowering and equipping God’s stewards for greater Kingdom impact. As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will manage executive priorities, coordinate communications, oversee scheduling and travel, prepare executive materials, and ensure the President can focus on strategic leadership. You'll serve as a trusted partner who brings order, professionalism, and exceptional follow-through to every interaction.
Success in this role means anticipating needs before they arise, creating order from complexity, strengthening communication and coordination, and enabling the President to focus on advancing Orchard Alliance's mission and strategic priorities.

Primary Duties
· Manage a dynamic executive calendar, balancing competing priorities when scheduling meetings while ensuring the President's time is aligned with strategic organizational objectives.
· Direct comprehensive executive travel arrangements, including air and ground transportation, lodging, itineraries, meeting logistics, and contingency planning to ensure seamless travel experiences.
· Coordinate check-in meetings to review items needing the President’s input
· Serve as the primary gatekeeper for executive communications by triaging email, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical matters.
· Collaborate with the team to coordinate two annual in-person Board of Directors meetings by preparing documents, assisting with meeting management, and ensuring timely follow-up
· Serve as the liaison between the President and ministry leaders, board members, and external partners while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Advance Orchard Alliance’s Christian mission through professional, servant-hearted executive support
· Demonstrate conduct consistent with Orchard Alliance’s State of Faith and organizational values both within and outside the workplace.
· Participate in chapel services, prayer gatherings, and other ministry activities that support Orchard Alliance’s Christian culture.
· Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned in support of the President and Orchard Alliance’s mission

Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative or executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or ministry organization
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Zoom, Asana or similar project management software, and other modern collaboration tools.
· Demonstrates emotional intelligence and sound judgment
· Ability to coordinate systems, workflows, and cross-functional communication
· Strong initiative and commitment to follow-through
· Understanding of or appreciation for local church ministry contexts
Location & Work Environment
This position is based in Colorado Springs, CO. We offer scheduling flexibility for this role that ensures consistent support for the President and leadership team. The Executive Assistant to the President is expected to work approximately four to six hours per day, with a schedule that may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late as 4:30 p.m. Occasional travel may be required, though travel and work outside of normal business hours are uncommon.
