Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We're seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Fargo, ND. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified, if you're committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Pediatric BCBA, you'll help children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (we can only serve those who have a medical diagnoses of ASD- they can have other diagnoses, but they have to have ASD diagnosis- not sure if this needs to be clarified more as some other agencies in the community do not necessarily need an ASD diagnosis) develop skills, build independence, and thrive in their daily environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed), develop individualized treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans as needed
- Complete initial and re-evaluations every 6 months
- Provide direct therapy (as needed) and supervision of RBTs or behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as needed
- Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings
- Maintain timely, clear documentation (assessments, treatment summaries)
- Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals
What You'll Bring
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota
A genuine passion for working with children and families
Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We'll support your growth!
