WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of automotive sales experience or no auto sales experience at all— you know how to work a deal Proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly unit and gross goals Strong closing skills and a consultative approach to the customer experience Professional, self-motivated, and coachable Valid driver's license
