JT Junk Solutions is a locally owned, husband-and-wife-operated junk removal company based in Kyle, Texas. We're a small, close-knit team that believes in working hard, treating customers with respect, and leaving every property cleaner than we found it.
We're not looking for someone to simply load junk into a truck. We're looking for someone who wants to represent our company well, take pride in their work, and grow with us as we continue to expand.
This position is expected to grow into a driver role for the right person, with the opportunity to eventually help train future team members.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and other unwanted items.
- Safely lift and move heavy items with a teammate.
- Load the truck efficiently and maximize space.
- Communicate professionally with customers on every job.
- Sweep and clean the work area after every pickup.
- Take reusable items to donation centers.
- Unload debris at local disposal facilities.
- Fuel, wash, and help maintain the company truck.
- Use dollies, lifting straps, and other equipment safely.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Represent JT Junk Solutions with professionalism at every stop.

This Job Is NOT For Everyone
This position may not be the right fit if you:
- Need a predictable 9-to-5 schedule every day.
- Dislike physical labor or working outside.
- Frequently arrive late.
- Prefer spending your workday on your phone.
- Avoid talking with customers.
- Have difficulty receiving coaching or feedback.
- Don't enjoy working as part of a team.
- Aren't willing to leave each property cleaner than you found it.
Schedule
This is a 1099 contract position with variable scheduling based on customer demand.
Typical schedule:
- Monday-Friday: Approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: Approximately 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Because our workload changes daily, flexibility is important. Some days may end earlier, while others may run later depending on the jobs scheduled. We are primarily looking for someone that is comfortable with helping out when needed.
Pay: From $150.00 per day
