Compensation:
- $45,000 base salary + 12% commission on all sales
- Average reps earn $70,000-$90,000 in their first year

Requirements:
- 2+ years roofing sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct roof inspections and generate accurate estimates
