About the Opportunity
One of California's largest and fastest-growing plaintiff personal injury firms is expanding into the Pacific Northwest — and we're looking for a Senior Attorney to lead our Seattle office from the ground up. This is a rare, ground-floor leadership opportunity backed by experienced founding partners with a proven track record of securing millions in settlements for clients across the state.

What You'll Do
- Run Seattle operations end-to-end — case strategy, client outcomes, staffing, and day-to-day management
- Lead business development in the Seattle market in close partnership with the firm's founding partners
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of attorneys, case managers, and paralegals
- Own the client experience — delivering white-glove, family-first service the firm is known for
- Work full-time out of the Seattle office
Compensation Details
- Base salary: $120K–$200K depending on experience
- $120K–$140K range: 2–4 years of direct PI experience
- $160K–$200K range: 4–8 years of PI or highly relevant experience (civil litigation, malpractice, public defense)
- Bonus/profit-sharing: Tiered structure based on settlement performance, established with partners after 90 days
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- 2–8 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (civil litigation, public defense, or malpractice backgrounds also considered)
- Demonstrated track record of strong settlement outcomes
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully paperless, digital environment (Apple/Mac ecosystem)
- Strong customer service orientation — genuinely warm, humble, and team-oriented
- Based in Seattle and able to work on-site
Nice to Have:
- Existing book of business or referral network in Washington State
- Ties to the Seattle community
- Background in civil litigation, malpractice, or public defense with transferable skills
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
