We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-stocked. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a hospitable atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Square POS system.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for patrons.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume bar settings is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience working with POS systems, particularly Square POS and eventually Micros
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry is essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests alike.
