We are a busy, family-focused chiropractic office in Andover dedicated to helping patients live healthier, more active lives. We believe that every patient deserves to feel welcomed, cared for, and encouraged from the moment they walk through our doors. That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.
No previous chiropractic experience? That’s okay! We’re happy to train the right person. We believe attitude, kindness, and a strong work ethic are far more important than previous experience.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position with the following schedule:
Monday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Applicants should be available to work these hours consistently.
What You’ll Do
As an important member of our team, you’ll help ensure every patient has an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling appointments and helping manage the daily schedule
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Assisting the doctors with patient flow and therapies
Maintaining accurate electronic patient records
Keeping the office organized, clean, and running efficiently
Building positive relationships with patients and their families
Supporting the team to ensure every patient receives exceptional care

Experience
Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, medical, physical therapy, hospitality, education, fitness, or customer service is a plus—but it is not required.
