We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at our Humble, TX facility. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This position directly supports our production team by making sure the right materials are always available.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries: verify quantities against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and complete documentation.
- Unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack and stage materials properly.
- Prepare and load outbound shipments of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report low stock levels.
- Move materials between warehouse and production areas.
- Keep the warehouse, aisles, and receiving dock clean and safe.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus; we can train the right candidate).
- Box truck experience is a plus.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment (temperature variations possible).
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
