Position Overview: Responsible for processing customer returns from in house receipt to ship, along with documenting findings and following customer cosmetic and shipping requirements in a timely manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving customer returns
- Performs inspection and testing on products
- Provides feedback to team on any test results
- Accurately documents diagnosis in computer system and disposition
- Upgrades product to latest SW as needed
- Clears all personal data from product
- Follows all cosmetic and shipping requirements per customer
- May have moderate communication with customer via email
- Ensures to process/ ships returns within expected customer TAT
- Keeps work area clean, organized and compliant
- Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

- Must be able to sit, stand, bend for most of shift
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
Work Experience: Troubleshooting and/ or testing experience is a plus but not required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
