Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable Market Research Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct structured interviews with diverse participants to gather meaningful insights that support market analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism on the phone, and exceptional attention to detail in data collection and entry.
This position is in-person only — no exceptions.

Scheduling
We offer flexible, self-built schedules within the following guidelines:
- Minimum shift length: 4 hours per day
- Minimum weekly commitment: 12 hours per week
Call Center Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: Base Pay + Performance Incentives
- Starting base pay: $11.25 per hour
- Performance-based incentives available
- Hourly increases of $1–$2 based on quality performance metrics
- 85% quality score: $1 increase
- 100%+ quality score: $2 increase

Project Based Hours
Work hours are dependent on active projects. Fluctuations in work volume—such as during holidays or slower seasons—may result in reduced or canceled scheduled hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews with participants via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity
- Accurately collect qualitative and quantitative data following established research protocols
- Enter and maintain data in databases with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Establish rapport quickly and maintain excellent phone etiquette to ensure participant comfort
- Manage multiple interviews efficiently while meeting project deadlines
- Assist in the development of interview questions and research materials as needed
- Organize, summarize, and prepare collected data to support analysis efforts
- Adhere to all confidentiality, privacy, and ethical research guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to address respondent questions or concerns professionally and effectively
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, humility, and honesty during interviews
- Experience in market research, telemarketing, or qualitative interviewing preferred
- Proficiency in data entry, typing, and use of survey software or databases
- Professional phone presence with the ability to engage diverse participants
- Strong multitasking skills with accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
- Knowledge of data collection methods and qualitative research best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be 18 or older
