Job Overview
The role of Statistical Analyst will play a crucial part in analyzing complex datasets, designing experiments, and uncovering actionable insights into human behavior. Your work will directly contribute to advancing our understanding of behavioral patterns and supporting evidence based decision-making across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in human behavior.
- Design and implement statistical models, experiments, and simulations to test hypotheses and evaluate behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with behavioral scientists, researchers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling, multivariate analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in statistical methodologies, behavioral science research, and data analysis tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on statistical best practices and methodologies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics
- Proven experience (5+ years) in statistical analysis, preferably in behavioral science or a research-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with SPSS, SAAS, and R Experience working with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with behavioral science concepts, theories, and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
