Operating in Fayetteville, NC, Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean Up is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Field Supervisor / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you're a natural leader who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing and water mitigation needs.
- Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare estimates and explain repair or restoration options.
- Follow up on leads and maintain excellent customer communication.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure jobs are completed successfully.
- Help supervise field operations and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Work closely with office staff and management to achieve team goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
- Experience in plumbing, restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
