Job Summary
Join our warehouse team as a Furniture and Mattress Warehouse/Delivery Associate! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of furniture and mattresses to our valued customers. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across all activities. Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and mattresses using pallet jacks, Hand trucks, four wheels and other moving equipment while adhering to safety regulations and PPE protocols.
- Manage inventory control through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and proper storage techniques to prevent damage or loss.
- Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following packaging procedures and adhering to safety regulations.
- Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating with team members for efficient load & unload activities and order fulfillment processes.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is prefered in furniture or mattress distribution environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices including stock control, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining high productivity levels.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
