Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PR) Coordinator
Pay starting from $18.50, commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Typical Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Overview
This position will provide programmatic support and coordination for the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program in the Children's Services Department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop staffing for groups according to part time PR staff availability and group needs.
- Develop transport schedule according to part time PR staff availability and group needs, communicate schedule as needed, assist with group transport as needed.
- Complete client service assignments on daily basis and complete note tracking next business day.
- Receive referrals, complete PR intakes, and ensure all documentation is completed prior to starting PR group.
- Order supplies and food, and pick up/distribute orders.
- Develop monthly snack menu and ensure needed food and supplies are available on site for staff to use.
- Ensure group rooms, kitchens, bathroom and vehicles are clean and in good order.
- Process and coordinate services for community based PRI/AC.
- Communicate with group parents by letters or phone calls regarding progress in treatment, weekly social skill, group updates, permission forms, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with other agency departments as needed.
- Assist the PR Supervisor, as needed, in preparation of materials and supplies for group curriculum and activities.
- Provide school/community based PRI/AC and work in group setting, as needed.
- Complete documentation in accordance with agency timelines and policy.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with children/adolescents with high behavioral health needs.
- Successful completion of professional references, background checks, child and adult abuse registry checks, motor vehicle record checks, and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work in an environment that can be fast paced for periods of time requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain a friendly and professional attitude

- Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and other conditions in a clinic environment
- Ability to drive/report to other offices, as needed, for coverage
